No mystery, no runaround. Here is exactly what happens when you become a patient — step by step, with every price posted before you walk in.
You will know what comes next.
The four steps
Fifteen minutes with our New Patient Coordinator. Not a sales rep, not a chatbot. If Radiant Sun isn’t the right fit, we’ll tell you honestly — and point you to who might be.
She reads every record before you arrive. Full history, structural exam, comprehensive labs — including the panels your previous doctors never ordered. You will not feel rushed.
Two to four weeks while results come back. She reviews every line personally — and reaches out if anything needs attention before your next visit.
A second visit to walk through what we found and what we’re going to do about it. Treatment plan, supplement protocol, follow-up schedule — membership or à la carte, your choice.
Before your first visit
Five things that make sixty minutes count. Tick them off as you go — this list is just for you.
Nothing here is saved or sent anywhere. It’s a checklist, not a form.
Who and where
One physician of record, a small team around her, and one office in Irvine.

The place
After the plan
Progress is measured objectively at follow-ups — re-tested, not guessed at. Typical timelines, by the kind of problem.
Acute concerns
Often improve within weeks of the first plan.
Chronic, complex cases
Phased work — investigation, then treatment, then rebuilding — typically over three to six months.
Hormone protocols
Change shows in six to twelve weeks, confirmed by re-testing and by how you feel.
Every case is different; these are typical ranges, not promises. What doesn’t vary is that the same physician who made the plan is the one measuring it.
Know the numbers first
Every price posted before you book. Anything beyond the visit is discussed with you before it’s ordered.
New Patient InquiryIn network with Medicare and Aetna. Out-of-network with most other plans; as a courtesy, we submit your claim to your insurer. Payment at time of service — cash · card · CareCredit · Cherry · HSA/FSA.
No. Start with a New Patient Inquiry or a call. Records are requested before the first visit so Dr. Raleigh can read them in advance.
Prior labs, imaging and notes to admin@radiantsunmedical.com — we’ll help you request them from other providers — plus a list of current medications and supplements.
First visits are in person, because the osteopathic structural exam is part of the diagnosis. Follow-ups can be by secure video or phone.
Your intake is always with Dr. Raleigh, and she remains your physician of record.
Acute concerns often improve within weeks. Chronic, complex cases typically take three to six months of phased work; hormone protocols show change in six to twelve weeks. Progress is measured objectively, not guessed at.
Yes, for some plans. We are in network with Medicare and Aetna, and considered out-of-network with most other insurance plans. As a courtesy, we will submit your claim to your insurer as an out-of-network provider. Your plan determines what, if anything, it will pay. You are responsible for any amount your insurance does not cover, including deductibles, coinsurance, and the difference between our fee and the plan’s allowed amount. Please check your out-of-network benefits before your visit. Pricing is posted on every service page; for out-of-network plans and self-pay services, payment is collected at the time of service — cash, major credit cards, CareCredit and Cherry are accepted.
