Pain & inflammation · Irvine, CA

Pain that’s been managed — but never explained.

Osteopathic manipulation, low-dose naltrexone, mast-cell IV protocols, and trigger point injections. A board-certified DO who treats the structural and immune source of pain — not the signal.

The approach

Pain management treats the signal. Osteopathic medicine asks what the body is doing about it — how it moves, how it compensates, and why it stays inflamed.

We treat the source. Not the signal.

Two layers

Structure and immune system, together.

Layer one · Structure

How your body moves.

A hands-on osteopathic evaluation of how you actually move and compensate — the exam a ten-minute visit and a static image can’t do.

  • Structural exam in the first 60 minutes
  • OMM treatment included in visit one
  • Trigger point injections where indicated

Board-certified in Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine — the structural specialty of osteopathic medicine.

and

Layer two · Immune

Why it stays inflamed.

When pain doesn’t behave structurally, we look at the immune side: mast-cell activity, systemic inflammation, and the markers standard pain care skips.

  • Inflammatory work-up in the same chart
  • Low-dose naltrexone where the picture calls for it
  • Mast-cell IV protocols, compounded fresh

Board-certified in Family Medicine with OMM — IFM · ILADS · ISEAI.

Treated by one physician, in one chart — because the structural and the inflammatory side of pain rarely travel alone.

A layered protocol

Sequenced by one physician. Adjusted as you respond.

Four tools, layered in the order your case calls for — not a menu, and not a schedule of the same injection every eight weeks.

It starts with hands on the problem.

Why it’s different

A pain clinic manages. This explains.

A pain clinicHere

Refills and a follow-up in three months.

A 60-minute exam and OMM treatment in visit one.

Opioids as the plan.

Not an opioid program. Ever.

Injections on a repeating schedule.

Trigger points as one layer of a sequenced protocol.

“Imaging shows nothing.”

A hands-on structural exam of how you actually move.

A specialist per body part.

The structural and immune side, in one chart.

What is OMM?

Diagnosis by hand.

Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine is hands-on diagnosis and treatment of the musculoskeletal system, performed by a DO trained and board-certified in it. It is the reason your first pain visit here includes treatment, not just an evaluation.

Ten years of care. She has literally saved my life with her thorough testing.

No. This is root-cause medicine for pain: structural correction and immune investigation by one physician — not an opioid program.

Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine — hands-on diagnosis and treatment of the musculoskeletal system, performed by a DO trained and board-certified in it. Your first pain visit includes treatment, not just evaluation.

Imaging shows structure at rest. The structural exam looks at how your body moves and compensates, and the inflammatory work-up looks at what standard pain care skips — mast-cell activity and systemic inflammation.

Yes, for some plans. We are in network with Medicare and Aetna, and considered out-of-network with most other insurance plans. As a courtesy, we will submit your claim to your insurer as an out-of-network provider. Your plan determines what, if anything, it will pay. You are responsible for any amount your insurance does not cover, including deductibles, coinsurance, and the difference between our fee and the plan’s allowed amount. Please check your out-of-network benefits before your visit. Pricing is posted; for out-of-network plans and self-pay services, payment is collected at the time of service.
