No. You can book directly, from any physician or plan. If you have prior records, we’ll help you request them before your first visit.

Our New Patient Coordinator listens to your story and gives you an honest fit assessment. If Radiant Sun isn’t right for what you’re dealing with, we’ll say so — and point you to who might be.
People who want physician-led functional and integrative medicine, unhurried care, and investigation over symptom management — chronic fatigue, hormonal imbalance, Lyme and tick-borne illness, mold illness (CIRS), autoimmune and gut conditions, brain fog, weight resistance, perimenopause and andropause, thyroid, long COVID, chronic pain, and longevity. It isn’t the right practice for acute emergencies, or if the primary goal is controlled-substance prescribing.
That’s the most common story in this practice. Standard panels miss the inflammatory, immune, and toxic-load markers where complex illness hides — we test for what your previous work-ups didn’t cover.
$900 for a 60-minute first visit with Dr. Raleigh — a full physician evaluation and comprehensive system review (a pain intake includes an osteopathic structural exam). Follow-up visits are 30 minutes, $450. Hormones, MAWL, aesthetics, and longevity programs post their own pricing on each service page.
Yes, for some plans. We are in network with Medicare and Aetna, and considered out-of-network with most other insurance plans. As a courtesy, we will submit your claim to your insurer as an out-of-network provider. Your plan determines what, if anything, it will pay. You are responsible for any amount your insurance does not cover, including deductibles, coinsurance, and the difference between our fee and the plan’s allowed amount. Please check your out-of-network benefits before your visit. For out-of-network plans and self-pay services, payment is collected at the time of service.
Cash, major credit cards, CareCredit, and Cherry payment plans. Many patients use HSA or FSA funds for physician fees and eligible products — eligibility depends on your plan, and we’ll provide any documentation you need.
Specialized panels — mycotoxin, tick-borne, autoimmune — are ordered only when your case calls for them, at $600–$2,400 depending on the panel, and always discussed with you first.
No. Every service has posted pricing, and anything beyond the visit itself — testing, protocols, IV therapy — is discussed with you before it’s ordered.

First visits are in person, because the osteopathic structural exam is part of the diagnosis. Follow-ups can be by secure video or phone.
Acute concerns often improve within weeks. Chronic, complex cases typically take three to six months of phased work; hormone protocols show change in six to twelve weeks. Progress is measured objectively, not guessed at.
A flat fee — $5,400 a year, or $483.33 a month billed one month in advance ($5,800 a year) — for unhurried appointments scheduled by need, priority and same-day scheduling, complimentary InBody scans, prescription and imaging ordering from the office, prior-authorization and disability paperwork handled by staff, care coordination among your specialists, and member pricing on supplements, peptides, aesthetics, hyperbaric, and IV therapy. Limited to the first 100 members. See everything included →

Concierge is usually $7,500–$12,000 a year around primary care. Founding Membership costs $5,400 and adds the parts that matter for complex illness: visits that run as long as your care needs, a practice that handles the paperwork, and one physician coordinating every specialist.
Yes. Each additional household participant — a spouse, partner, or dependant — is $3,000 a year prepaid at enrollment, or $275 a month ($3,300 a year).
No. Membership is a separate flat fee for access and services; it isn’t billed to insurance. Visits and services are billed normally — in network with Medicare and Aetna.
